Scheduling Appointments
Please allow 60-90 minutes for your initial visit. Bring as much information as you can regarding prior treatments, x-ray reports, laboratory tests, and insurance plans.

We treat patients at IMC, St. Mark’s, and Salt Lake Regional hospitals. We work with a wide spectrum of insurance plans.
